BLACK CLAY WORKSHOP WITH REGIONAL LUNCH
There are traditions that span generations. The “Soenga” baking technique - which allows the clay to turn black - is unique, unrepeatable and ancient. It represents a valuable heritage rooted in our culture, still done in our days in some places in Portugal. In this experience, we are invited to get our hands dirty and feel through the clay the contact with the essence of the earth. Then, we’re invited to sit at the table for a typical lunch with the authentic flavors of the region, at the home of a traditional Douro family.
